K Pilates Studio has been a hub for mindful movement and wellness since 2012. Located in the heart of Dorval we now proudly operate two beautiful studios just steps apart — each offering its own unique experience, yet united by a shared mission: to help you move with strength, grace, and intention.
From group classes to private sessions — including Cadillac-focused training — we cater to all levels and needs.
K Pilates Studio is more than just a fitness space. It’s a place to grow, connect, and celebrate life. We even host party classes for birthdays, bachelorette gatherings, or any special occasion, along with workshops and collaborations that bring the community together.
We’re also proud to educate the next generation of instructors through our Teacher Education & Mentorship Program, based on the K Pilates Method©️. Many of our graduates go on to join our professional team.

Pregnancy Pilates & Postpartum

CADILLAC REFORMER
Grace in Motion.
Cadillac is a specialized piece of Pilates equipment that enables users to tone almost every muscle group in their bodies. It involves working various muscle groups with challenging poses and resistance.
Also the Cadillac is ideal for clients recovering from injuries or with balance challenges or vertigo.

Unusual in appearance, but effective in practice, the equipment listed above has become a hallmark of the Pilates system, and with proper instruction can add a new dimension to your routine.
How does it work?
The controlled-instability and unusual plane of motion allow you to eliminate the axial load, and enjoy the beneficial effect of safe spinal traction.
The Pilates reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment which looks like a bed with springs, a sliding carriage, ropes and pulleys.
REFORMER
The Pilates reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment which looks like a bed with springs, a sliding carriage, ropes and pulleys.
Reformer Pilates is done using the Pilates reformer machine and is generally more intense and more dynamic than mat based Pilates as it adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of the springs which form part of the machine.
Reformer Pilates is great for rehab purposes too as it allows to exercise in a horizontal plane of motion and not be vertically loaded and weight bearing through the legs.
TOWER+REFORMER
Reformer with Tower is a wonderful class with an extensive repertoire of exercises to build strength, flexibility, improved posture and the connection between your mind and body as you focus intently on each movement. The benefits of this class are endless.
PILATES CHAIR
Chair Pilates class is a wonderful class to tone the entire body from head to toe and improves balance by challenging the muscles with bodyweight, coordination, and spring resistance.

FOUNDER AND HEAD TEACHER
KATIA
Psychologist and Comprehensive Pilates instructor (mat/reformer/cadillac/chair/ladder barrel), creator of unique Fascia Release & Activation Pilates class and many other wellness workshops, certified Franklin Method® Educator, certified Meditation Teacher, Certified Rehab Teacher (specializing on arthritis and arthrosis) and creator of K Pilates Mentorship Education Program.
Professional athlete her entire life, Katia has leveraged her passion and expertise to help hundreds of clients discover the full potential of their body. In addition to her work as an in-demand fitness expert, tennis coach, and aqua aerobics instructor, Katia is an accomplished Psychologist, having obtained the respect and praise of her peers for successfully defending her thesis: “Relaxation and Self-Regulation techniques for athletes”.
Fueled by her desire for a more holistic, balanced, and graceful approach towards health and fitness, Katia embraced Pilates as her primary training system, and now shares her love for it with hundreds of happy clients.

NATACHA
A passionate advocate for the unique journey to wellness and balance, Natacha brings to the team a wealth of experience in management, customer service, and entrepreneurship; but more importantly, she draws from her own transformative success of achieving an incredible weight loss of over 160 pounds solely through exercise and nutrition.
As an instructor, Natacha embraces a contemporary approach to Pilates. Building upon the fundamentals of Pilates, she has developed multiple programs including Power Pilates – a dynamic fusion of strength training and Pilates set in a unique, welcoming and kind environment.
Having completed her K Pilates Method training with head teacher Katia, her vision and mission for the studio is to create an inclusive and supportive community where every client feels empowered to achieve their personal goals, whatever they may be. Natacha is committed to guiding and motivating members every step of the way through their journey.

SORINA
Sorina is a dedicated and passionate Pilates instructor who believes in the power of movement for both self-care and personal growth. Her journey began as a client at K Pilates Studio, where she quickly fell in love with the practice. Within a year, Sorina had the incredible opportunity to train as an instructor under the guidance of her mentor, our head teacher and the studio owner, Katia and has completed the K Pilates Method training with Katia as well.
Sorina is deeply committed to delivering high-quality instruction, embracing the philosophy of quality over quantity in every class. She believes Pilates is more than just exercise, it’s a transformative practice that strengthens both the mind and body. PILATES INSTRUCTOR
PAMELA:
Pamela, a mother of two and former national-level rhythmic gymnast, has a deep personal connection to Pilates. First introduced to mat Pilates in the late 1980s, she quickly recognized its benefits for building a strong musculoskeletal foundation and in enhancing and supporting her gymnastics career. In 2020, while rehabilitating from an injury, Pamela discovered Reformer Pilates as an alternative treatment. This transformative experience reignited her passion for Pilates and inspired her to help others achieve their fitness and recovery goals.
With a lifetime of experience in sports, fitness, and also in meditation and mindfulness, Pamela brings a holistic understanding of body mechanics and a deep appreciation for the role of mindful movement in injury prevention, recovery, and overall well-being. Having completed her K Pilates Method training with head teacher Katia, she is committed to making movement accessible and functional for everyone, blending body awareness, and meditative movement into her practice to promote strength, balance, and longevity.

VIOLA
CPA by day focusing on numbers, strategies, and deadlines, in the evenings, Viola channels her passion for movement, and wellness. Fitness has been a part of her life for over 10 years but discovering Pilates in these past few years was truly life-changing for her. Not only did it help Viola manage her scoliosis, it also made her feel stronger, more aligned, and more connected to her body than ever before.
Inspired by her own transformative journey with Pilates and under the head teacher, Katia’s mentorship and having completed her K Pilates Method training with Katia, she became a Pilates instructor to share her passion and help others experience the same benefits. Viola’s goal is to create a supportive space where you can move with confidence, and feel your best. With great excitement, she’s looking forward to sharing this journey with you.

EMILIA
Pilates has been an essential part of Emilia’s journey towards strength, balance, and well-being. What started as a personal practice soon became a passion for sharing movement with others. In her classes, Emilia focuses on mindfulness, functional movements that help build strength, posture improvements, and on enhancing overall body awareness. Alongside Pilates, she loves to explore other various movement and wellness practices.
Emilia believes in continuous learning and growth, both for her students and herself. Having completed her K Pilates Method training with head teacher Katia, Emilia’s goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone can feel strong, energized, and connected to their bodies.

ORLY
Certified Pilates and fitness instructor with over a decade of experience teaching classical Pilates, stretching, fitness, and core classes to a diverse range of ages and skill levels since 2009; Orly’s passion for Pilates began with her own practice in 2009 which led her to obtaining her first Mat Pilates certification just a year later in addition to her existing fitness instructor and personal trainer qualifications. Later on, Orly also obtained her Reformer Pilates certification and throughout Orly’s career, she has further expanded her expertise through continuing education and specializing in rehabilitation Pilates.
Orly is dedicated to helping clients build strength, flexibility, and wellness in every class. Whether you’re looking to improve posture, boost performance, or recover from injury, Orly’s experience and passion will guide you toward your goals.
